• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items damaged due to customer misuse

• Used, washed, or altered products

• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

• Change-of-mind returns

3. Refunds

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

• Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.

• Product availability is subject to stock at the time of exchange.

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), return shipping may be covered by Shair Nouman.
